Duck in the Hole is Pig of the Month’s play on the classic British dish Toad in the Hole. Don’t try to confuse the British Toad in the Hole with the American version of an egg in toast. The traditional British version consists of pork link sausages (Bangers) cooked in a Yorkshire pudding batter. Oh and don’t try to confuse the British pudding with the American pudding, in England puddings are savory or sweet.
