It’s a good thing that ribs are supposed to be messy! These deliciously sticky ribs will have you sucking all the goodness off your fingers and picking the bones dry.
These Asian inspired ribs start with Pig of the Month famous ribs, we used the dry ribs here and added a quick and easy grilling sauce made with a sweet chili sauce, orange juice, soy sauce and ginger. These ribs are perfect if you are looking for something different to serve on Memorial Day, plus they couldn’t be easier to make. So grab a beer, whip up some nice and easy sticky ribs and enjoy your Memorial Day with your friends and family. Don’t worry if it rains, these ribs are done just as easily in the oven.
